The Mycelium Homeostatic Orchestra consists of 8 musicians and one conductor and was specifically curated for the 2020 Biennial. 

The musicians have all distinguished themselves as strong personalities and soloists. The orchestra is conducted by Ture Larsen, who has extensive experience with conductor-directed improvisations for larger ensembles.

Based on improvisation and principles of co-creation the Orchestra created dynamic ambiences for the performances. They embodied the dialogue between the individual artist’s contributions by weaving a rhizomatic structure interconnecting everything.
